We value fairness and don't believe in lengthy, intricate contracts. We must, of course, have terms and conditions, just like any other business, and these are located at the footer of every page. We only ask that you give us a month's notice if you ever need to cancel.

Of course! We are aware that the house cleaner will be in your house and that people's personalities are frequently just as significant as cleanliness standards. After we select a cleaner for you, we will set up a meeting so you can approve our selection and go over the cleaning duties you need done. You don't have to accept the first person we send you because it's crucial that your cleaner is someone you like. Once you're satisfied that we've sent the correct person for you, you can then mutually set a regular clean day and time. If you'd want to skip the interview and get straight to cleaning this can also be arranged.

Of course! Our cleaners are very adaptable and will clean on the weekends or in the evenings. Please be aware that in some places, cleanings done on the weekends or after 6 p.m. may incur an additional hourly fee.
